CRA Towing And Recovery Poor customer Service and exorbitant cost!total cost $430 dollars for tow to Harrison to Kearny which is one town over. Would not accept credit card cash only. Also they left a 26 year old female with a 8 week old infant stranded in the middle of Harrison . Police as well left scene without ensuring the safety of female and baby.Both parties of no help and could of lead to a serious incident. I had to drive to location to pickup both in a unsafe area for parties involve. The poor handling of this could have k Harrison New Jersey

Cra towing responded to call from the Harrison Police as the Harrison Police would not let the party call triple A. The

Police claim it would be to long response time. The cost of tow would have been around Twenty Dollars if towe'd by AAA. CRA

total cost wisort orange total $430.00 dollars cash only. This exsorbitant as compare the AAA. This is truly highway robbery. To make matters worse both the Harrison Police and CRA left the 26. Old female and 8 week old infant stranded in a less than  

safe area. I had to drive from my home to retrieve both parties from a unssitu area which ccould have lead to a serious incident. Also Cra would not release the vehicle without police release meaning we had to make another trip ttogether release.our tow company was willing to do this for us the high cost plus added cost and time  caused by CRA iis like bring mugged and robbed!
