My wife and I asked e-powersellers to sell through e-bay, 2 gravesites in California. The property did sell, but we got no check. After several attempts to collect, many stalls and a couple of incorrectly made checks, we contacted the Linn County Sheriff and filed a formal fraud complaint. A deputy visited Craig Solomon, and we started getting $50.00 checks. We got one per month for 2 months. Nothing since.

This is case number 07-13487 at the Linn County Sheriff's office.
