I won a listing from this company that can be seen at
(((ROR redacted link))) I was happy with the items in the listing and the price that it sold for! I am a huge eBay fan and was happy and excited to win the auction.
The price it ended at was US $20.45 the shipping was US $35.00, that was a bit high, but I paid it and waited for its arrival. 10 days go by and nothing arrived, I emailed the company and asked the status. The reply back, was sorry, it was in our shipping area and has not left yet!
I was like what??? I paid right away and it just sat there? The company promised to get it our right away via UPS.A few days go by and UPS calls to ask if I want them to be my broker at the USA/Canada customs? I was like HU? They wanted $25.00 to ask as a broker to clear the goods!
SO I email the company and talk to both Craig Solomon & Alan Morton who state that they will not offer any refund for that, and I am to pay all duties/customs fees.
I was shocked... most people ship via the post and the buyer (me) then does not have to pay any extra hidden fees. Why they use UPS and cause this extra crazy fee is beyond me.
I tried to explain to the company that they held my package for weeks for no reason and it would be a sign of good customer relations to simply refund the shipping I paid and that would off-set this UPS fee. UPS said if I don't pay, it will be sent back the shipper.
So getting no cooperation from the company I simply paid the broker fee and left feedback for the company that read: 'HeldFor10daysThenWants$25forBrokerFeeNowGaveUnpaidStrikeWontRefundCost-StayAway'
the feedback the company left me: 'Horrible communication sends violent threats wont pay customs duties AVOID !!!!' and 'Raging Idiot sends violent F-Word emails See what he leaves others - Scary & Sad'
WOW... I was shocked and sent an email to the company to advise them I would never shop there and that they feedback they left was very unprofessional...
No reply back from the company was ever made!

Yes, PayPal did not issue a refund right away. PayPal is a hard company to work with. At eBay Live I spoke with PayPal and they refunded 100% my money that was paid to E-powersellers!
It was not held in customs... Craig Solomon - Alan Morton stated in an email to me that they forgot to ship it and it was in the shipping area! I paid Craig Solomon directly as their checkout system was not working and he forgot to mark it as payment received, so it sat for weeks! Canadian customs did not hold it up Craig Solomon did!
Rather then do the right thing and offer some sort of refund for the 3 week delay, he chose to ignore me and now we end up on here where he continues to lie!
Is that not right Craig Solomon? Anyways, feel free to contact PayPal, they refunded my money as you could not show a signature or even proof of delivery, all your tracking showed was that it arrived to Lindsay, Ontario.. and not to me! If you take the time to deal with customers when clearly it was your fault Craig Solomon you would not have your name all over the internet!
We are talking matter of $20.00 here... nice eh? Clearly your company needed the money more then I do!

Shipping was high because it was a heavy box going to Canada from the USA insured. US Mail insured to Canada is not cheap. If you paid $1.00 for a bundle of bricks it would not matter that the item cost a dollar, the cost to ship to Canada would outweigh the purchase price. If you don't like it, than don't bid. The prices for shipping are available before bidding.
The reason it was so long to deliver was the item was held by Canadian Customs. The person refused to pay the duties imposed by his own government. If he does not the rules on getting items shipped into Canada than don't by items from another country. We state clearly on each listing we do not forge federal forms and we can't be responsible for duties and customs.
Also he put a dispute on the items with PayPal. After PayPal investigated they found we were correct and followed the rules 100% he lost the dispute and we got our money.
Finally he sent emails that he was coming to eBay live in Boston and threatened harm to our employees of our software company. We had to notify eBay and others of the emailed threat.
Just a disgruntled person who tried to cheat the system and failed.
We have been on eBay since 1998 with over a 99% positive feedback, and combined we have over 20K positives.
Doing things right 99+% of the time is great, however there are always a few odd ducks that make it difficult.

Wow, from a company that says how great they are, how big they are, I guess they really forget about the customers fast!
Their side of the story is and I quote from the reply posted here "we can't deal with people to far gone" what kind of a statement is that to make on ripoffreport.com?
Then they say "This is our one and only comment. The OP can post as much as they want, they only embarrass themselves" ya, that is the say type of emails I got from the company after they held my items for over a week, no explanation, no sorry, just that is the way it is. their way or no way.
I do thank you e-Powersellers.com, Inc, you have just in your own words shown the world that:
a) you don't care
b) you refuse to work with the customer
c) your would rather name call to you customers then try to make right what you have done wrong.
I really don't need to say anymore, I am sure the readers of this will see for them self how e-Powersellers.com, Inc, Craig Solomon & Alan Morton treat their customers!

Sorry, we can't deal with people to far gone especially when they don't follow basic policy or read the auction TOS. We are sorry if a box to Canada costs too much, we agree postal rates are too high.
As for customs and duties it is stated in each and every auction:
