Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This comany is a complete scam. Their software did not work despite the hours of reading I spent trying to make it work. They have no tech support and to make it worse, PAYPAL does not honor their refund policy with this company. A total waste of $60. DO NOT BUY, BUYER BEWARE!

This is exactly true, I have had the same experience. After spending hours reading and troubleshooting, trying to get this software to work, I finally contacted the customer service email on the website. Although it says on the site "we always respond" I got no response. A week later I emailed again and said that if I didn't get a response I would be forced to request a refund. They responded with a message that just said not to "threaten" them and that they would deactivate my software...which they did. Which was fine since it never worked to begin with! And then they had the audacity to refuse my paypal request for refund and say they required an apology from me!
This is obviously someone with zero knowledge of running a business or customer service. Buyer beware!!!!
