Cream's in Santa Rosa sold me a complete lemon of a car. CREAM'S is a professional rip off SCAM ARTESTS. The person who I thought was trustworthy said, "the car should smog and that the engine might need a little work." When I drove the car it broke down right away. I took it to a smog shop and it wouldn't pass, so i took it to a couple of good auto shops and they said the engine was completely trashed.
CREAM'S STOLE OVER 3000$ FROM ME. AND WASTED OVER 50 HOURS OF MY TIME. SELLING ME A LOMEN.
TAKE IT FORM ME YOU DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THISE SLEEZY BISNESS PEOPLE.
"Don't scream call Cream's." Is the slogan.
Mine is: "just scream and don't go there to get riped off."
The person represented the car as a used car for sale, that it would pass a smog check and the engine was in fare running shape. After taking the truck to two separate mechanics they both told me the engine was bad and was not repairable. I could not get it smogged ether. So, they sold me a parts car representing it as a good used truck.
Creams sold me a lemon. I lost 3000$ on the vehicle. They will rob you at gun point. CREAMS is a professional scam artist. The car will not pass smog and has a bad engine. The person from CREAMS who sold it to me, told me it would pass smog and that the engine was fine. Creams add, "Dont scream call Creams." MY ADD, "JUST SCREAM AND THEN GO SOMEWERE ELSE."
Thank you so much for your interest. I just dont want anyone else to get took advantage of. And If you feel the same as me please; File a rip-off report and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
