Creating with Details, Mai Larsen Mabel Larsen Minimal online and physical out of home shop New Braunfels Texas

 I am not a disgruntled EX - DT team member for Creating with Details, Mai or Mabel Larsen, so no need to rebuttal this one. I was new to the idea of a DT member for a business and made sure I had all my questions answered via private message with the DT Coordinator. Copy on file Here are some facts:. 1. the contract you are supposed to acknowledge on FB is not clear on every points, it really does not spell out the do’s and don’ts. So I was let go with flimsy accusations and that I had not done what was requested of me. ( it is my understanding that this contract has been changed, since I came a board and was then let go) Copy on file 2. As a new person (me) I really had no idea what I got in to and did asked the DT coordinator a lot of question’s via private messages on FB and was told over and over again “I am good“ Copy on file 3. Restrictions on special items in the $60.00 budget per month, I understood, but items were not replaced to get back up to the $60.00 budget, even though I asked and ordered replacements, I really did not get $60.00 worth of a DT package as per contract. Other DT members might have not gotten replacements either, but I do not know that. Extra gifts should not be counted, because they were just that, marked gifts. Copy on file 4. I was not aware of he fact that I had to order all of my $60.00 DT package at once for the month and ordered $38.00 worth and when I tried to order the rest of it, it was huffed and puffed about (it’s not in the contract that I had to order only once a month) Copy on file 5. Was not told that I could not introduce myself with my name and shop name and then mention Creating with details Design Team and so on in my video's, was ridiculedin the most demeaning way for it (it’s not in the original contract) Copy on file 6. . Received invitation from both Owner and DT coordinator in the Creating with details group discussions to feel free to advertise my own finished products for sale from my shop. I did - and then later was told I interfere with their business and I cannot do that, no public announcement was made about this change for that one. 7. Required to make 3 projects a month, which I did for the month of April and did not mention my shop after being corrected in such a rude manner by owner and DT coordinator.. However made Videos on my own for my own products and my own shop, which were NOT DT projects for the month of May, I certainly mentioned my shop and still gave Creating with details credit which I really did NOT have to do after fulfilling my obligations for the month of April. Again I had not started on the month of May DT projects, had knee surgery on 5-5-16, could not bend the knee, sit and create; and after being asked to leave, I mailed all of the month of May design team package back to the owner, after I was told I was out. Copy on File 8. Rules change behind the curtains, but the team is not informed of the do’s and don’ts that changed in the Creating with details Group. 9. Posted pictures of my clutches from my shop, without a link to my shop nor my shop name, Creating with details considered it competition or accusation of copying, which I never stated nor implied. I am really that nice! Why does the Creating with details owner feel so threatened and insecure? Copy on file 10. Friday’s Tutorial by Creating with Details– from other shows I was used to introduce myself in chat with my name and shop name and casually mention that I had clutches in my shop, found out afterwards that this was a NO NO ..... (it is not in the original contract) Later saw another group member posted also their clutch bags, nothing said there, but I was let go. If Creating with Details is that insecure and feels threatened by a casually mention, that speaks volumes. 11. I was asked by others in the comment section on FB after I posted my videos “where one can buy such beautiful product/creation” and I told them my shop name. They were asking about my finished product, not about Creating with Details material. 12. Was told that I had to resign and was not given the option at all to do so, (WHAT) as Creating with Details already had deleted me. So I had no chance to even do that and not see what kind of explanation they posted publicly behind my back. Unprofessional and not good business practices. Copy on file And many, many more things that went array, even though I was the one constantly asking questions of the DT Coordinator and was assured that I am “fine”. Copy on file 13. Was accused of being rude, there is not a mean or vicious bone in my body. I was not the one having trouble with other’s, Creating with Details did and does. In 2015 everyone could read this publicly and daily on face book, it was horrible, I had to unfriend everyone involved for a while on FB because I did not wish to read this mess every time I signed into my FB time line. By the way it is not slander, mentioning this, as it was public knowledge, everyone read it , every day.(names of the parties involved are disclosed to my attorney only, and we discovered other rip off reports on line about this business) This year Creating with details had also problems with others on FB. Copy on file 14. The Creating with details Administrator, finally attacked, slandered and defamed me and my work publicly on Google+ under my advertisement for my Birdhouse with lies. Apparently she received info from a 3rd party and that info was distorted and misconstrued. Lies in word and video are libel and are punishable by law. Google+ "Vanessa Bourque Yesterday 9:59 PM 1 Reply this lady is a bully if you don't buy from her. She will tell people that you have mental problems. I never spoke to the above person, the DT administrator VB, and this post is a flat out lie and libel, I would also never talk like that to one of my customers. This person, the DT administrator VB also made a video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhVN6O_aaDQ A Message from me to the bully with this misconstrued, distorted information she received from this 3rd party. These lies are also libel, in word and video and punishable by law SO now I thought I was done, had done the honorable thing and mailed the DT package back to the owner, even though she stated I could keep it. My integrity and honesty forbid me to keep something that does not belong to me. DT package for the month of May was send back. Copy on file I am all grown up and wise beyond years with 50 plus years of business practice in my pocket. This was a child’s play that I do not wish to be part of. I was let go in a very unprofessional manner for Creating with details with heir mistakes, non disclosures and name calling….etc. Wishing them nothing but the best, I still carry no ill will towards them. These are just facts that I observed and that happened to me. Again, so I thought I was done, but then here comes another insult. I want no problems but its not fair that you have been given a Kit that I designed for free and you are selling it for more than I sell it for. If you read my listing you cannot DUPLICATE KIT, DO NOT RESELL FINISHED PROJECT UNLESS YOU ASK FOR PERMISSION, BECAUSE THEY ARE MY ORIGINAL DESIGNS. Please remove immediately, and give it as a gift to someone but do not sell it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The wall hanging was a DT Project for the month of April and my design, not Creating with Details. According to the DT Coordinator when I questioned her, we could keep our projects and sell them. Copy on file The Kit for a Mask, was bequeathed to me as a gift, the kit only and it was the Creating with Details owner Mai Larsen’s decision to do so, I did not asked for it, I did not beg for it. The actual Design of the mask is mine, mine alone and if I sell the finished design of the mask for more then the Creating with Details Owner does, apparently I consider my time/labor and designing art more valuable than the Creating with Details OWNER DOES! And I have every right to do what I please with my own design. The CWD owners design does not even look close to mine. The Creating with details owner has no right to tell me what to do with my design and her gift, she send. By the way, that statement the owner made, also was not in the original DT contract. Copy on file It has just now come to my attention that the Creating with details owner also contacted the website where my shop was housed and my shop is closed. What malice does this take to do that. As to my work, I have deleted all links relating to Creating with details, deleted all the videos I made for them, as much as I could. I certainly will not recommend her shop anymore and Creating with Details also lost a customer, me. The Creating with Details owner Mai Larsen has gotten enough publicity, in addition of what was required of me - in my additional videos, which were not DT projects for her. I refrained from posting anything about this dilemma on FB as I remember the feud in 2015 between Creating with Details and numerous others, and I want no part in this one. It is not necessary and only causes grief. But I certainly was treated wrong. BE AWARE and STAY CLEAR, I am not the first one that this has happened too, just search the Internet.
