Creation Entertainment Outlander Convention Glendale California

I purchased a ticket - in February - to the 3 day Outlander Convention August 17-19, 2018 in Secaucus NJ. At the time, there were 6 guests. Three of them were the Main Stars of the show and the remainder were supporting cast. In mid July one of the stars dropped out. On July 31st the 2nd star dropped out and today the 3rd headliner dropped out. Also within the past 2 weeks one of the supporting cast dropped out. Creation had a No Refund policy BUT they also say in that policy that it is in a "rare occasion" a star drops out. I took this into consideration when I purchased my ticket, thinking if it is rare, all 3 will not dropout. WRONG.

This is very misleading to customers and I believe Creation should refund the ticket price to those of us that no longer have any interest in attending the event. They substituted the headliners for more supporting cast members but I would not have purchased a ticket if no major stars were attending. I also feel that my ticket price is WAY TOO HIGH to see just the supporting cast. I contacted Creation about a refund and was told No Refund and all the stars cancelling is Extremely Rare. If this is an uncommon circumstance then REFUND MY MONEY. I don't know how this is not a Bait and Switch. Even of their refund policy statement is a accurate and it is rare for a cancellation- they have ZERO headliners so this is not a rare event.
