Creations by Pammie Ripped me off my money and never sent me what I ordered!!! Wadsworth Ohio

 Pammie put a post on Facebook in a group that i'm in for local wedding buyers/sellers saying that she made silk/burlap flowers/bouquets/boutiners.. I'm getting married and wanted burlarp flowers for my centerpieces and thought her products were very nice. I sent her a message on Facebook and she responded to me that same day giving me prices and pictures of what she could do. 

After a couple days I decided to go ahead and place an order with her. She messaged me back that same day telling me how to pay (thank goodness it was on paypal) and that was that, she charged me over $80. She had promised me to send pictures of my flowers throughout her making them to make sure I liked them. Almost a month went by and I never heard from her or received any pictures. I sent her a message and didn't get a reply from her until days later...where she told me that she had been in the hospital for health problems and encouraged me that she would be getting my flowers mailed to me withi the next 2 weeks...I believed her and felt bad for prying.

I let another couple weeks go by and still had not heard from her so I sent her another message, then another the next day, till I finally heard back from her a few days later where she made up a story about going camping and blah blah blah. I told her I was fed up with the service I was receiving, my wedding is coming fast, and I just wanted my flowers. She then apologized for the inconvenience and came up with a crazy story that a woman was harassing her for supposedly not receiving her flowers and was hacking into her Facebook account and interfering with messages from other people and that's why she wasn't receiving my messages, she had told me that she filed a police report on this "crazy lady". At first I thought it was crazy and wondered how could anyone do that to someone's busines....well now I understand!!

She gave me her personal cell number (which now i'm not sure if it was even hers) after a few days of communicating with her through texts and me thinking I was receiving my flowers soon, she came up with a story that someone had somehow interfered with my package and re-routed it to a different state and that it was on it's way back to me (still haven't got that package!) She then started ignoring me through texts as well. I tried calling her on her "business phone" and left multiple messages, never heard back. Messaged her multiple times on Facebook, and even sent her an email, still no response.

One day she finally messaged me back saying she was halfway done re-making my flowers and would mail them out by the end of the week....well, another 2 weeks went by and still nothing. This woman is nothing but a rip off. I have demanded a refund numerous times and i'm getting no response. I've posted on her FB warning others of her scam and I find my comments being deleted. I sure hope Paypal can get me my money back! I payed her on May 17th....it's now August 8th and still no flowers or refund.
