Creative Financial Services Of Tampa Bay Sam Bassem Matoubsi RIPPED OFF $4250 (buyer and appraiser) and Four Months, Commercial loan financing Tampa Florida

Pathfinder Morgage (Texas) loan brokers said that Creative Financial Services could finance a commercial property I wanted to buy. I was given an initial contract and good faith estimate. $3500 was requested for a commerical appraisal and $750 for documentation fee. I was told they would close in 30 days. In FOUR months Sam would never answer one phone call. It took 3 months to set up the appraisal.

The appraisal was only paid half of the $2500 fee. To date I have not received the balance of the appraisal back. The day the loan was suppose to close (FOUR MONTHS LATER) CFS increase the required down payment by 150% of what was on the contract and good faith estimate. Sam is rude and demanding. The Florida Office of Financial Regulation would not help since the property was not in Florida. Pathfinder Morgage would not help other then to say over and over and over again that this is the way things are done in the business.
