I had 3 items I was getting rid of and Creative Memories (who has a dedicated harassment team) threatened to sue me for selling them. I asked if Creative Memories was trying to say that I could never sell (in a non-business sense) anything (new or used) that was either bought by myself or anyone else.

In regard to your questions regarding selling product after deactivating; unfortunately deactivated Consultants are not able to sell Creative Memories products in any form, regardless of how or when it was obtained, for an indefinite time period.

I suggest avoiding Creative Memories and The Antioch Company, as they harass their customers (since I have yet to meet a consultant who did not spend $500 or more on their products). This is how every single ex-consultant is treated. Beware!!!!
