CrediCure - The Law Offices Of Richard A Brennen - United Christian Financial ripoff Frederick Maryland

Like the other rip off report on this website about this company I too wanted to consolidate my debt. I search the internet to find the correct company and found the non- profit company United Christian Financial. I went through all the correct procedure. I too was turned over to CrediCure and the law offices of Richard Brennan.

I signed up in August of 2005 and was told my 1st payment would be used to set up my DMP and would be refundable. They started taking the monthly payment out of my account and started paying my creditors.

Starting in late June and July I started recieving calls from my creditors. I assured them I was still with the DMP and would contact the company.

I did call and received a call back from Ms. West. She assured me that my payments where delayed b/c of the change in the way they were making payments and that accounts would be made current within the next couple of days.

Then in Aug. I received the letter stating that CrediCure had to go into forclouse in Feb 2006 and the people that wish to stay with credit counseling would be placed with qualified agencies. I attempted to call and advise the company that I wish not to change my credit counseling but no one would return my phone call.

Then about a week later I received another letter from the Law Offices of Richard Brennen stating the office was offering different respentation and would be contacting me with my options. Again I attempted to contact the office and express that I did not want to change my DMP.

As the creditors continued to call, I also made multiple attempts to call the office. All I can ever do is leave a voicemail or get a mail box that is full and no message can be left.

I did the only thing I could think of was to stop payment at the bank for the DMP. I must still get all of my creditors to agree to work with me on settling my accounts. My creditors tell my the my accounts have not been paid since June and July. One even says that my account payment was not made in December of 2005.

Yet the Law Offices of R A Brennan has drafted my checking account since the payments have stopped. I have also lost my refundable deposit when starting this DMP.

I do not wish for any one else to have this happen to them. I wish for this company to stop all correspondence with myself, my bank and any one else they plan to take money from.
