Credit Counsel INc. Illegal Collection/ Harrassment Miami Florida

I think the best way to resolve this issue is to contact Credit Counsel directly and work things out. I was merely reporting my epxperience with this company. Everything is possible. If they have the worng information thenthey will act beased on that information and off course take the wrong action. Ask them to go back to the claimant to resolve this issue. That is what I think. I think The allegatins are not fair. Tis company is an extremely professional company and has a great reputation in the market.

I highly doubt that theyhave used such practices. If the debt is not justified, I am sure they would have stopped the collection efforts.

CCI or Credit Counsel inc is an extrmely reputable company with a greattrack record.

I am sure that have tried to resolve the matter with the customer.

I have not problem with you reporting the alleged "good experienes" you have had with this company, if they are accurate. However, for you to say "I honestly believe that the reports filed against Credit Counsel Inc are unfair and biased" is inaccurate, unsubstantiated, and misleading; do you also believe in the boogey man and tooth fairy also?

It would have been illegal for me to file a police report against this company and their practices if my allegations were not truthful and fact. So, unless you have evidence to the contrary, I would  appreciate if you would not characterize my report as if your unsubstantiated "beliefs" are fact! I stand by my original report!

As a collection agency, you will have many people who will accuse you of using suspicious practices.

Having only a few incidents is actually very good.

I am very Familiar with this company as a Customer. I never had a problem with them nor did any of the people who owe me money ever complained.
