My mother was contacted saying that she was going to have legal action taken against her for my children's bill. I have and always have had custody of my kids. They told her because she took them to the doctors one time she is fully held accountable for their bill. I called the number that they left with her and off the bat the man refused to tell me who I was speaking with. I asked for the man "mike Powell " and was told he wasn't there. I then asked for a supervisor,the man told me there wasn't one,he was the only person there. I then asked for cooperates number and was denied that. After a heated exchange the man tells me to just pay the bill and stop having kids I can't afford. I called back several times getting the same person refusing to let me speak to someone else.
I looked up another number and tried again. I asked this man for his name and which he asked why,so I replied so I know who I'm speaking with. He gave me a made up name I'm sure " pat Rossey" I asked for his supervisors name,he tells me he has no boss. His only boss is god. So I returned asked if he owned the company since there wasn't anyone above him,he tells me that's not my business. With all of this he couldn't find an account that supposedly was owed but asked if I'd like to pay anyways. I told him he better stop calling my mom and offered him my number. He refused and said he would just continue to call her a hundred times and hung up. These people are frauds and not getting a dime from me. Their own web site which list off their CEO going down the chain but notes don't contact them about complain. They refer all complains straight to bbb.
Look out for these twisted people,can't actually resolve or get anything done unless you intend to pay for a debt thy cant tell you about.

Unfair Accusation

I have used this company for over 10 years. Reading this report was a shock to me. This is not the Experience I had this company at all.
They are veryprofessional, they never use scare tactics.
Ibeleive that the complaints are not justified however, juding by the number of clients they service due to their excellent service, it is expected.

These people are a joke who have clearly JUST disovered that social media exists and are trying to do some damage control. If you look up Credit Counsel, Inc. on SunBiz.org, you will see that Christopher Mihoulides is the president, and has been since at least 2002. THIS IS A VERY SMALL COMPANY, PEOPLE. Very small. Nothing goes on in that place of business that Chris does not have his grubby little fingers all over... and I mean nothing. Chris uses all kinds of stage names, most notably Bobby Cohen. Clearly, this attempt from "Bob Mills" (read: Chris Mihoulides) is an attempt to mitigate the damage being done by people finally discovering what a little worm he is and where he lives. Chris, you might want to try changing the whole "Robert, Bobby, Bob" thing out as all it does is identify you. And, quite frankly, if the owner is an asshat, it stands to reason that the employees are forced to follow suit. Attempting to come around on the backside of this thing as "collections manager" Bob Mills is LAUGHABLE! Christopher "Chris" Mihoulides a/k/a Robert "Bobby" Cohen and Bob Mills -- maybe you need a PR firm to help you out and maybe you need to go find wherever you left your humanity or go find your soul. You're not sorry about a darn thing except for being exposed.
