I am writing this in hopes to protect others from what I went through. My husband received an email from this company saying that they had a $500.00 cash advance for him. He filled it out. They called and he gave them my bank account number. They withdrew the money from my account without my authorization. I called and spoke with a person who gave me a fax number that did not work. I called them and didn't get anybody. I sent emails to their info line because the customer service address does not work. I finally got to speak with a person today. She told me that she had to speak with my husband not me. I then preceeded to ask her how they can allow somebody else to grant them access to my account. She said that they just take account numbers not names. I asked her if that meant I could give her someone elses bank account number. She got smart with me and said I guess so. This experience for me has been a nightmare. I have bounced checks because of them, and thus far I am no closer to getting a refund.
