credit report america charged for free trial and no report.they are charging my credit card 11.95 a month and i have no numbers to get in touch with them.they also misrepresent on credit card bill as wuyisorce.what can i do ?

To Tina in North Carolina and other Credit Report America registrants:

I successfully cancelled my $1.00 trial membership with Credit Report America. The phone number I used was 800-712-7224. I received a cancellation confirmation code from DeWitt, a Credit Report America representative. Of course, I am not affiliated with the company and I wanted to provide a accurate response to the erroneous posting about this company. Please try to cancel your account again. Good luck. Thanks.
