I HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE W/ THIS COMPANY. I FINALLY GOT TO WWW.CREDITREPORTHELPDESK.COM AND GOT A LIVE CHAT PERSON. THEY SAY THE CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP AND GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION # SO WE'LL SEE IF IT SHOWS UP AGAIN NEXT MONTH ON MY CREDIT CARD.
