Crednology I contaced Crednology for credit report clean up. I then contacted the sales rep for updates which I necer received, when I contacted them to cancel, they told me I had to give them 30 days notice and that they would bill me anyway. I advised them that they were not authorized to bill me and they did so and the sales rep sent me several ugly text messages deffending himself. Additionally, they are STILL billing me, are not doing any work and the sales rep there told me he was going to do a reversal of what little work they claimed they did because I cancelled!!!!  I contacted Crednology around the first week of April of 2013 and fired them.  After a few weeks I contacted the sales person that I initially contacted at this company.  He was completely unresponsive.  It seemed that as soon as I paid them, that was it.  After not seeing any results and not hearing back from the sales perspn I sent them an e-mail to let them know that I wnted to ccel their services.

Two minutes later a lady from the company called me to ask me why I wanted to cancel. I advised her that I had texted the sales person several times to no avail. She then said that I needed to give them 30 days notice, which I did, we were 3 weeks in............. she then kept trying to get me to change my mind which I would not. I finally had to hang up as she was very persistent.  Then came the continuous e-mails from them to sign the contract, then came the text messages from the sales person that had previously been a ghost!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted my bank immediately to let them know that no fund were to be paid out to this company.........

In May I was billed anyway and we are in the process of reversing that transaction and again throughout this whole process I have verbally and in written format have advised them to stop trying to debit my account.  IN May alone they tried 4 timesuntil they were successful and did it again this morning...................NO work has been done snce the cancellation, and they continue to get PAID for a service that they never provided me with anyway!!!!!!!!

Total and COMPLETE RIP OFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are an active duty household, my hsband is eployed to Afghanistan RIGHT NOW and I have todeal with people like this that SCREW US!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Crednology for taking my hard earned money, lying to me, harass me and cause me undue grief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
