On Sept. 13th 2008 I ordered some cricut Items totaling $394.80 When they had not arrived I emailed several time and no response I attemted to look up their number using 411 no such name There is a number on my bank statement that is a phone number but it is no longer in service, One thing lead to another and I checked on Rip off and sure enough Cricut outlet listed several times. It took along time to earn that money, d**n them I wonder if Provo Craft is aware that these people are using their good name for the gain?
Lets set up a sting operation, Its a PO Box someone has to check it every day Right? Let me know thanks for doing what you do. God bless Pamela
