Crisis Collection Management, LLC This company is garnishing my wages for something from 15 years ago and are not willing to work with me to make payments. No one has any proof that I was ever served with papers or are willing to show that I was served. Reno Nationwide

I have had my wages garnished by Crisis Collection from March to June.....I spoke to a women back in February and was told there was nothing I could do and that after the intital funds were garnished I could make arrangements to amke payments.  This is July and I just received another garnishment paper from the sheriff saying that I will be garnished for another four months.  I called and talked to a Kathy who told me there is nothing that I can do and they will be garnishing my wages until the amount is paid in full, $10,000 is what it was at in March....

This is from 1999! Why now do they choose to take my money when they have had 15 years?  I have leaved in the same town for twenty more years and they decide now that I have a family they will put me on the street!  This is not right!!!  And the sheriff station could not provide any proof that I was served and that I have to have my wages garnished.  There is never going to be a time that I can go to court and fight this.  Way to go system!!!
