Criterion Flooring Systems was hired by Sanbower Builders to install a durable, low maintenance flooring system at the Frederick Union Mission. Prior to installation, Sanbower Builders was informed that because the are was below grade level that there may be a moisture concern and that they would be responsible for moisture testing that might need to be done. Sanbower Builders decided not to do the test.
After the floor was installed it showed small signs of hydrostatic pressure. This in no way was a failure of the system. The system was bonded well, was durable and easy to clean. The system is currently serving the Fredercik Union Mission very well.
The work was completed in July of this year and Sanbower Builders has not paid us for our work!
