CrowderHouse Jennifer Crowder/Imperialpuppies.com .Jennifer Crowder sold me a SICK near DEATH puppy and lied to me and consumer affairs department. She used to be from Leoma , now in Culleoka, Tennessee

I purchased this puppy on 7-19-09 and a few days after I had him he was very lethargic and I took him right away to the vet in Gallatin, TN. The vet informed me that my puppy had a horrible case of coccidia, the worst she had ever seen and wasn't sure she could save his life.

That day I contacted Jennifer Crowder who gave me a hard time about covering the vet bills saying that I purchased the puppy as is. NOWHERE on the paperwork that she gave me does it say "as is"... her paperwork says she "guarantees" that the puppy had its shots and saw a vet and was in good health at the time of purchase. That turned out to be a lie. She refused to give me the name of the vet she used and refused to help with the vet bills. The only thing on the contract I signed was that this dog was for a pet and not for breeding.

Between July 19 and 8-11 there were many emails and phone calls. I didn't ask her to refund the 200.00 that I originally paid for the dog, just to pay the vet bills. She refused. I thought I was being more than fair. She at one point said that she would take the puppy back and give me my 587.00 and I didn't want to give the puppy back, I didn't ask her for a refund on the puppy only on the vet (387.00)

She has not sent me 1 penny and refuses to answer my emails. My feeling is that this woman runs a puppy mill because she didn't want me to pick the puppy up on her premises, she met us at a McDonalds.

She promised to mail me the AKC papers on the puppy she still hasnt done this 4 months later.

My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM HER.. and be careful because she breeds other dogs besides Shih Tzus and has other email addresses.

I can back up everything that I have said here with paperwork and copy of emails.  Something that she can't do because she has lied.
