As I was relocating and I will be away for quite some time, I had my home for sale and had to ALSO sell almost everything in the House.
I had a Estate home and had contacted several estate Co's Crown City Estate Co was the first to come and due to time constraints I engaged them right away The agreement was that they would take pictures of everything I wanted to sell and send it to me by email
They would then auction it off and send me the money. However, After I left it was impossible to get hold of these people. Anytime a question was asked about the items, and when I finally heard from them, they were snappy and rude and defensive as IF I was not allowed to ask them any questions about MY items left with them on trust.
They were supposed to send me PICTURES OF ALL ITEMS TAKEN via email - but they never did. Granted after zillions of emails going back and forth and trying to EMBROIL ME in silly arguments, they did send some miserable amounts to me ( again WITHOUT telling which ITEMS was sold and for what price)
Recently since months had gone by without hearing anything ( as I was busy with Christmas and New Year ) I was forced to write to them again asking what on earth has happened to all my items worth at least $25,000 plus.
They replied with a PDF file and a a small check - I was NOT able to open up their PDF file and let them know that. Again almost 3 weeks later, NO reply. Sent them several reminders to please reply - they NEVER did.
Resolution Sought: Contact me via email with full itemized list of items sold and for how much ( FOR EACH and every ITEM) And date when it was sold. ALSO WANT pictures of ALL items that were taken from my property as promised.
I also WANT MONEY, a CHECK for these items which included Antiques, Silverware, Paintings, Crystal, TV sets etc etc totaling $25,000 PLUS!!!
