Cruisemiles Cancellation without notifying internet

I booked a cruise which departs on 1st December 2013 using my voucher (after converted to CM only 50000CM), 90000CM from my cruisemiles bank and US $100 to upgrade to a balcony cabin. A few months ago I received an email mentioned about this cruise could be cancelled and people are affected would be receceived further info. There were no further emails received and one day I found out from my account , my CM balance had gone up 90000 CM, my voucher stated as expired and under my cruise history , the cruise now stated as deleted. I checked my credit card statement month after month and my US $100 has not been refunded. Send emails many times asking and no replies at all. I still have CM which I paid ~ AU $2500. I don't think I could book any cruises now since the CM has been devalued so much. I think I missed out on the good time that cruisemiles had and some lucky people that had some cheap cruise in those early days of cruisemiles. And I hope that some lawsuits can be done to cruisemiles as I am sure lots of money lost from people around the world.
