Our company hired Cruz Dimas based on his "experience" with Ground Works in Bryan, TX. He came on board and just within 2 months, our labor hours started to creep up. Customers whom are always taken the same amount of time, would take longer.
When confronted to Cruz Dimas, he admitted on Nanny-Cam that "he could've been faster and so fast that our heads would spin, but in that case we (the company) would win and him would lose". We immediately requested that Cruz Dimas acted in professional and ethical manner according to his manager wages ($ 15.00 p/hour) as stipulated on our expectations as a Crew Leader. His answer, was to quit on the spot 1 hour later after starting the labor day, because a customer called us to complain that his yard wasn't done and needed to be finished.
Be aware of this character, he would say all the right things to "sell himself high" as he already stated to the other crew member; but Cruz Dimas doesn't deliver. He's not worth ot even $ 11.00.- p/hour.
Be aware College Station/Bryan TX areas.
