Crystal Heights por care Oskaloosa Iowa

I'm at Crystal Heights, on the old side, ( as I call it, the ghetto ) It smells bad constanlty, the call buttons don't work about 1/4 of the time. When they change the " diapers " on incontinent residents, they very often leave them in the bathroom instead of disposing of them as should be done, the reason for the smell.

Their housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The sink in my room is mostlly plugged. I've reported all of this many times to management, no change. On the flip side, the new section seems to be well taken care of. I've been through there, no smell, no one making strange noises. They aren't entitled to any better care than we are on this side. They do pay more, for a private room, not for better service.

They just hired a new cook. Before that, the food was, mostly, unedible
