ConsumerSolutions - CS Market Enterprises Fraudulent Advertising of Damaged IPOD and Return Policy ripoff Freedom Pennsylvania

My Daughter Won a IPOD on a EBAY auction being sold by Consumer Solutions AKA CS Market Enterprises. We immediately sent a money order and she was very excited when the package arrived. Inside was a broken old IPOD without a charger, computer hookup and the battery cover was laying inside the package off of the IPOD. Here is how they described it.

This auction is for a: Apple Ipod Mini 4gb MP3 Player - BLUE + a FREE BRAND NEW MONSTER CABLE ICRUZE CAR MP3 PLAYER! The ipod is used, however it has been fully tested and works great!! The Free Monster Cable Icruze is brand new and never opened in the retail package! Monster Cable retails this item for over 100 dollars alone! AWESOME SAVINGS!

The IPOD did not work and when we took it to a dealer to have it checked out they said that the battery was shot but could not guarantee that if replaced, $50.00, that it still might not work.

Within two days we sent an email back to them requesting our money back and a return authorization number. No Answer

Two weeks later we tried again this time they came back and said that we missed the return deadline. When I sent them my first email to show them that we had requested it within two days. They denied me saying that I had used a different email on the first request. I did use my work email verse my home but who cares they both had my signature line and product ID on each.

Having researched this company, time and time again they continually rip off customers sending damaged goods and it is my advice that if you see their name on any EBAY auction or any other type of sale, you immediately turn and run.

CONSUMER SOLUTIONS aka CS MARKET ENTERPRISES will RIP YOU OFF, will TAKE YOUR MONEY, and will LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST
