CSA Rock solid Terrible service sold me an unsafe car way over priced Mesa Arizona

Oh where do I begin? My wife and I went to rock solid last year to buy a vehicle, the car was nice and not really knowing the car industry we felt we were getting a good deal we were so wrong we ended up paying 13k for a car that books at 5k and started having problems immediately. a few days after our purchase the car died in the middle of the intersection ok used cars have issues and I will say they did have it towed right away. the next day they called and said it was the battery so we pick up the car then on the way home the car dies again this time in the middle of making a left hand turn I was almost T-boned with my children in the car. once again they tow the vehicle back to the dealership and kept in for 3 days stating it was the alternator. after picking up the car it was running fine. I was satisfied until half the dash light quit working and the A/C unit was stuck on all the time "not covered by the warranty" so I was stuck car was running and staying cool. well a few months later same problem accurs   Lost all power in the middle of the road had it towed to the dealer that replaced the alternator again we pick up the car and on the way home car dies again !!! Some major electrical issues that the maintaince company keeps band aiding to get me off thier backs .what will it take for them to fix an issue that could cost one of my family members their life.

Now on to CSA I've made evey payment on time I called on a payment date to get my payoff amount when asked off I was making a payment I said if I can't make a deal with them ill call back and make a payment. the man became very rude telling me he wont wait for a payment and nobody will finance me even my sales guy i was working with was shocked how rude he was . I was trying to buy a newer car and wrap up the remaining balance into a new car well come to find out CSA " the finance company" only reports to 1 credit agency not all the major agencies as stated during the sales process .so yeah of course no one would finance me even with perfect payment history. so needless to say because of my lack of knowledge and their manipulation tactics I was suckered into a crap car at a high rate with out any payoff. but I was able to finds a better company that financed me. I was able to buy a 2011 car at book with a great interest rate!!! Shop around people only use this group if you absolutely have to, plenty of other places that will help with bad credit or no credit. over all experience no I will never buy from them again. did they try to honor there " warranty" kinda when it fit their schedule was I over charged yes way overcharges. I'd rate them a 1 out of 10 CSA customer service is terrible rate them a 0
