I've had Cuballama services for a while, and I never had a problem prior to this. I used their mobile app to add balance to my account, I made a transaction for $10 using palpal because I've never felt save in their website, due to the fact that you can even speak to a real person for inquiries. I received confirmation through the app that the payment was successfully made, however my cuballama account was not credited. I believed there must have been an issue with my phone reception so I did two more transactions for the same amount $10 and nothing was credited. That's when I decided to check my bank and my email; I had receipts from paypal confirming the three transactions as well as from my bank. I decided to contact them through their chat and they just suggested me to double check my account and records when I had ALREADY done so. I therefore decided to email them a photo of the receipts and bank statement, they took several days to respond and it wasn't until I threaten them with reporting them and giving bad reviews on social media platforms that they responded. They never apologized and only credited my account with $20 when I had paid $30 in total. I sent them another email claiming they still owed me money and till this date I haven’t received my credit nor an apology for the inconvenience and bad service. I will also file this in Spanish because I’m planning to send them a copy of this report. I also found someone’s report here with a very similar situation to mine. It shouldn’t matter if the company’s service is cheap or expensive, as a customer I have the right to get what I paid for, and what the company promises to deliver. I will not stop using their services because is a way of communication with my loved ones who are far away, However, that does not mean I am happy with Cuballama service, nor I feel save putting my credit card information on their website, which is why I used palpal. I don’t gain anything giving them bad publicity, but to me this is fraud and I will inform people about their bad service and poor customer attention on every social media I know. I thank you for this platform and hopefully they will learn to be honest and deliver what they promised all over their website, tv, and social medial channels.

misunderstanding

Earlier today I posted a report about Cuballama. I was able to speak directly to them and solve my issue. Everything was a big confusion and misunderstandin; one of their representatives personally contacted me and explained everything to me. I don't know how to delete the complaint but I will say it was unfair in this case since they credited my account the correct amount I paid for.
