I agree with the previous report. They couldn't have said it better. They literally hide from you and will make every attempt to screw you. I know someone else who has currently hired a PI and is conducting surveillance on them.
I urge you to avoid Curtis Properties, Inc. at all costs. There are a lot of property management companies out there like this. Never rent a property that is management by one of these small time mom & pop companies, BAD NEWS. We are truly talking about the scum of the earth. And that's to put it lightly. We're talking about the types of losers who end up on the show COPS, and you think MY GOD what is wrong with these people. Sharon Heard is probably legally insane and definitely mentally ill. Do not deal with these people as you will regret it.

I am a new tenant of Curtis Properties. The manager of
my building Mandy Medina, is a kind and helpful woman. This report was
found after I had moved in. It is not a helpful report in the slightest.
There is no factual information which would have helped me or any
prospective tenant in this report. This person clearly had a bad
experience but does not say why or what specific acts occurred that led
to write this report. This sounds like a person who was evicted or
delusional in their own telling of the tale.
I have lived here for 3 months and have been responded to with every question, repair need, or detail I have asked about.
