This company cuSell Software, paypal-clone.com operated by one person (Kirby Manuel), took money from me for design service and never finished the work. Everytime i would try to call him or email him i get no response. Weeks would go by and after threatening him with a lawsuit, he would email me making up some lame excuse and promises to finish the design in a few days.
Weeks would go by without any contact from Kirby Manuel. Finally i asked for a partial refund of the money i paid him. He agreed to an amount of $700.00 but he sent me a PayPal payment for $720.00. A week later prior to leaving for the Philippines, he did a reversal with PayPal stating that i did not send him the product. PayPal asked me for a tracking number which i do not have because i did not sell this person anything. Now my PayPal account is negative and this person will not answer my calls or emails.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know that Kirby (cuSell.com, paypal-clone.com) contacted me recently to try and resolve my issues. I must say that it was good of him to do so considering he could just wipe his hands clean and walk away. If you read the previous posts, i had a problem with Kirby in regards to the service he provided or lack there of. After talking to Kirby recently, i could understand for his side also. I guess the main problem was the lack of communications between both parties. He is currently in the Phillipines building a call center and hiring QUALIFIED programmers.
This was his main problem because his business grew so fast that he could not keep up and to find the right people when it comes to programming is not easy. He takes pride in his software so he had to make sure the programmers he hired knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to security for the software. I feel i should update you guys regarding this matter. The way i see it, the only true way to judge a company is when problems arises. What that company does or will do to take care of their customers is what matters. I am glad Kirby followed up with me regarding this issue because i could NOT find a solution out there that can do what his software does period! I didn't tell him that but its true. So to those of you who are looking at his software, please do not let my previous post concern you. His script IS the best out there and he is in the position to properly support his software now.
