Mr. La Chance did a repair job on our cool deck around our pool. Gave us a two year warrenty. Looked good for about six months. When first contacted he said that he would fix problem. Now that we want it fixed, He refusses to answer calls to his office or cell phone. We have called many times over the last six months.

robert whenever i do a coldeck repair i let the homeowner know its just a quick fix if you want it to last i inform you to redo the cooldeck because your bond is only as good as your subfloor so when people choose to go with the repair they know it comes at a risk please upload a copy of a contract because i gaurantee you dont have one i would never give one on a repair

Robert, first let me apoligize as my response is very late in coming. I am unaware of any problems at this job site (I do not find record of this job at this time) but that does not mean it did not happen. The number you listed was for an old back office line that was turned off in 2006. I
