Cwna I took the cwna certificate; I have been miss informed and put through bad conditions during the exam; such as wrong address, wrong exam's rules and noise. Tampa florida

The is the second time I try to take the cwna exan. I registered online and take the test at a prometric testing center. the 1st time i have been given the wrong address; i end-up getting there late. before the test the person from prometric told me that if i finish early I have the possibility to go back over the questions and correct them. i finished 20min earlier, therefore, i tried to change some of the answer, but i couldn't. I asked some help, but she didn't know how to change the amswers.

also, the room where they give us the exam, is right at the entrance of administrattion building, next to the secretary's desk.

Through the all test you ear the phone ringing pleople back and force coming to the secretary ansking any kind of questions. finally, halp way through the exam the computer turning off. The had to put me on another computer.

The last time, the test was in another prometric center.
Before the test i said something to the person about going back on the questions but for some reasons couldn't figured out.

She didn't give me any response.
I was going throught the same comditions, noise. this time i finished 30min earlyand again couldn't correct the questions.

I complained to the test center but said nothing can be done here. I needed to comptsct cwna.
cwna wash they hand from it and told me to talk to Prometric.
