Cybersonic Aka ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Carson California

first of all i would like to say sorry to all the customers that cybersonic has screwed over these past few years, they screw their customers, and employees.

First of all for all those customers who are writing to our so call president of amden BILL ELLIOT please stop HE does not exist !!! they give that name so when we recieve those letters addressed to him they know those are customers that are pissed off, so they put those in a seperate bin and just sit there, if you want to know who's really in charge here are the names.

First in charge is tim dupler he's the real man in charge, the manager of the call center is jorge noa he mainly tells us to try to keep us selling you guys exended warranties, and othere stuff. the floor managers are wick aslam( who doesn't care at all about customers if anybody ever talked to him you know, there is also sloane coleman who is also a floor manager i can't remember the last time she took a phonecall, and theres carlton bonner... if you need to contact them call 310-834-3525...

this company steals from so many customers. like the rep. br.they should be free but they are not there's nothing in the commercials saying you pay for s & h, 2nd they make a huge profit of the s & h, trust me i know, 3rd for all my california customers, they charge you ca. tax on s & h THAT IS ILLEGAL THEY KNOW THIS AND STILL DO THIS !!!

They double charge customers and say it's a computer glitch yeah right. i have tons of stuff on them if you have any questions please post them on this report as an update
