Last fall I saw a commerical with the Late actor Robert Urich for the Cybersonic tooth brush. I bought two of the units for approx. $150.00 and paid an additional $19.95 plus tax for a lifetime supply of brushes for the two units.

I never got the replacement brushes. To date after two calls to there customer service I mysteriously have been deleted from there system however, if I buy an extended warranty they can honor the replacement brushes that I already paid for.
