CYDebt claims to be a religious company but they are conducting business like the devil himself, BEWARE!!! They promised to negoiate with our creditors but contact was only established one time, and that was only to verify our debt. CYDebt did absolutely nothing that they promised, NOTHING! They promised that our credit would not be ruined, but that is exactly what transpired, as we were taken to collections due to their gross mishandling of our account.
Furthermore, due to their failure to live up to their agreement we accumulated 10,000 dollars in penalties. CYDebt is a SCAM and they need to be put out of business, FOREVER!! I am not going to give up, I intend to fight for a refund and I want our good credit restored because CYDebt took money for services not rendered! I urge all of you who were scammed by this company to fight back. If you have any money left after CYDebt robs you, hire a lawyer, or at least file a complaint with the Attorney General, because the worst thing you can do is, NOTHING!!
