Dailysteals Buyer beware! South River New Jersey

Recently I purchased an iPad Air from Daily Steals after CNET posted this as a good price. It was a good price, one I willingly paid. My IPad was listed as new. Delivery was slow - but I was willing to wait.  My iPad arrived in a generic white box with a slip of paper inside identifying order date, number and shipment ID. There was also a generic white charger that did not work. There was no warranty or information booklet. I contacted the company immediately asking for my warranty. I also told them about the charger that did not work. I asked them whether this was a new iPad or a refurbished one because the generic box didn't make sense.

i was told that my questions would be answered in the  order received.  Eventually I received an email saying that Dailysteals would send me a new charger - I received the cord only. The rest of my questions were ignored. I emailed them two more times asking the same questions - is my iPad new or refurbished and where was my warranty info. Silence, not even a response to say they would get back to me.

i will NEVER buy from this company again.  Buyer beware - this is one sketchy business!
