My sister's ex-husbnad works for this company. CSEA has served this company with several income deduction orders (at least 5 according to her). My sister tried mailing a copy of a new IDO signed by her divorce judge and the company REFUSED delivery on it. She then used Orange County Sheriff's Department to serve the company with the court order. She has the proof that this company was served and they are refusing to comply with the terms of the order. Her ex-husband simply has to tell them that he is ahead in his support (which he is not) and they will stop sending her the child support which is covered by this court order. Simply put, her ex-husband gets paid every week. His employer (BY LAW) MUST send in the periodic payment according to his pay cycle - which is every week. THEY ARE NOT DOING SO. Now my sister (and the child) are facing having their electric shut off or being kicked out of their house due to his company - DALE BEASLY CONSTRUCTION - not following a duly served court order.

My sister has the evidence of refused delivery on the court order and is willing to produce this for anyone who wishes to view it. The envelope is clearly marked refused by the USPS. This order states that payments of x amount of dollars are to be made every week. She has the payment history which shows this is not happening and in fact shows that several times over the course of this case only one payment has been made per month. She has also attempted to get this in front of a judge but the officers of this company have conveniently not been available to be served with court documents. She has attempted to phone this company but only gets a fax machine. She has called using several different phones and I have been available to hear some of these phone calls. She can provide records of these calls.
She does not want to continue with this, she simply wants what the court order states. She is having extreme difficulties supporting the child when child support payments are not submitted. With an IDO in place this is the company's responsibility to ensure that payments are submitted on time, per Flroida State Statutes. This is not happening.

Dale Beasley Construction does send all child support payments to the state of FL.
I can not help the fact your sister hates hear ex-husband .
Please leave my company out of your family feud.
