Dallas power sports ATVs,gocarts Dallas Texas

 I bought a GK110 gocart from Dallas Power Sports in July of 2016. It came with a year warranty for the engine and transmission. After the first couple months of having this gocart the bolts that hold the muffler to the engine broke off in the head and could not be fixed. I called the company and they told me to bring it in. Now I live in Jacksonville Tx and drove 2 and a half hours to Dallas expecting them to cover it under the year warranty. When I arrived at Dallas Power Sports they advised me that it would cost $150 to fix the head. I asked them why it wasn't covered under the warranty and they said that the warranty was only for the engine and the transmission. Now of course I am highly irritated because the head is considered part of the engine and transmission so it should have been covered. But I ended up paying the $150 so I could get my gocart fixed. And take it back home. My issue with this is that if a product has a year warranty on it then I shouldn't have had to pay anything. And all that needed up happening is I had to pay and now I have no money for my kids Christmas. I really couldn't afford to pay this. But that was the only way I could get my gocart back and leave. I am reporting them for false advertisement due to them not covering the item under the warranty like they said they would. It is very wrong.
