Dan Nelson Auto, CNAC Screwed Us Again. Business closed without warning or notifying customers RIPOFF Council Bluffs Iowa

A week ago I was told by two former Dan Nelson employees that they had showed up to work only to find the location (lake manawa exit, in council bluffs) was closed and they no longer had jobs. I emailed Dan Nelson to ask why they had not notified customers, where do customers go for their "warrantee", and what about their policy to "trade up"?! I received an email back with no explaination as to why they closed or why customers were not notified, saying they would still service vehicles at another location....and that customers could still do business at any of their 5 other locations...Des Moines, South Dakota,etc...
Des Moines being the closest to us is at least a two hour drive for us.

Do they really think that with all they have put people through, they would drive that far to be screwed again?!

The only reason we went to them in the first place is because my husband is terminally ill and his medical expenses buried our credit. They managed to convince us that no one else would work with us with our credit being what it was, then drug us into what we now know is a typical Dan Nelson nightmare!

And now they seem to be running away from the problems they've caused. Or maybe it's part of a game he's playing with the pending lawsuit brought on by the Iowa Attorny General!
