These people are calling other people telling them they are from Windows Customer Support. A man named "Daniel" with a very thick Indian accent calls to tell you that he is with Windows Customer Support, and that they have found some issues with your computer and that you need to give him acccess to it so that they can fix it.
After you do this, they lock the computer down and make you pay to have it unlocked.
Please don't fall for anyone telling you they are with Windows Customer Support. If you feel like it may be real, find the windows customer support number online, (if there is one), and call them back yourself directly. I guarantee you that you won't be on their list. Or, if you are, they probably gave you a claim number or ticket number for your issue which these scammers do not have!
