A well orchestrated employment promotional education program geared towards the preparation for hundreds of NJ employees for promotional civil service examinations at a cost of $2500.00 for approx. 12 weeks of(2 to 3 times weekly / 3 hour classes) where the majority 80% of the time is spent just reading books that are additionally required to be purchased at a cost of another $500.00, thus brining the new total of over $3000.00 not including transportation (gas/tolls/meals).
The main course instructor (Delbagno) seldom or never appears,teaches or speaks at the study course. A strict CASH ONLY PAYMENT and NO-REFUND tuition policy for a course that is not guaranteed. So I guess you can't claim the job-related eductional program when filing your taxes, since probably the tuition paid by the hundreds of students isn't probably completely reported to the IRS anyway by the director & his instructors.
I'd say this is something for someone to be look into, maybe even investigated by the authorities, media investigative reporter, or a Consumer Watch-Dog agency so a ripp-off doesn't occurr.

When someone writes a disparaging report against another and does not sign his or her name to it you know that it is most likely a a smear campaign or revenge.
Princeton Educational is a highly accredited business with many graduates that have place highly in their fields.
To make a remake about Mr. Del Bagno in this manor is cowardly, and just a Cheap Shot at his success..............

I have attended the Delbagno school along with thousands of others. They are without doubt the best promotional school out there and have the best results by far. There is a school out there that is run by person who loves to smear his compition, not only Delbagno but Holtz. He runs the school "KEY TESTING" and his name is Solerno. He could not even come number one on his own test for Lietenant and his school is not doing well.
As far as the contractual agreement asked for before you join, no one is twisting your arm...the school only takes recommended students and they and give receipts for tuition fees. They have been audited in the past and have been cleared. In the City of Newark alone, they have had the number one spot for Sergeant for the last tweleve years....does that sound like a ripp off?
