I just wanted to give all my friends the heads up to not got to Danny’s Family Car Wash in Gilbert on San Tan Village Parkway and Market Street or any Danny’s Family Car Wash for that matter. While having my car on Thursday May 16th for a full detail, they lost my 3rd row car mat for my van (to replace the mat costs $258.65). The manager there has refused to replace it and now the corporate office and their complaints department tell me there is nothing they can do for me. They have refused to accept responsibility for a mistake that has been made on their part. While talking the issue over with the manager the following day he even hung up on me. When you drop your car off for a full detail don’t you expect to get it back better than you left it? I sure did and have been sorely disappointed.

I would be very interested to know what part of my statement you claim is dishonest. I have made a point to be honest in my handling of this situation. I do not believe in getting your way by lying and not being honest. While you (Danny's Family Carwash) have shown that you do not live by similar ethics. As I told the corporate employee on Monday, May 20th in our conversation that occured from 5:26-5:33. The store manager never offered me the chance to select from a box of mats on the spot. You (Danny's family corporate employee) are being lied to by your own store manager. You yourself said "I must have misunderstood what he said." Then when you asked me if I would accept an offer like that I asked if the mats you had to choose from would match my interior and if there would be one that would fit my 3rd row which requires an odd shaped mat, to which you replied "probably not" how does that help me? You ( corporate, as your dishonest store manager never offered me this) are offering me mats for my vehicle that will not fit and can not be used.

Mrs. Ganet We have tried to work with you on multiple occasions to get your issue resolved. We would appreciate, if you would be honest when making these types of reports. Your family, friends and Facebook followers have also been misled by your statements. We have offered you a brand new set of mats for your Honda Odyssey, even though we have no evidence there was ever a third row mat in your vehicle. The new mats were on property and were available to you immediately. You refused to take them. At this point, I’m not sure what more we can do for you. Thank You
