Received a call asking for my address. I confirmed my address. The person on the phone said they wanted to ship me something.

I am a motel. In the hospitality industry I am constantly getting calls, and it is not unusual for sales people to want to send me material advertising their companies. It was never mentioned that the "shipment" would come with an invoice in the amount of $399.00.

Like a few people I made the mistake of paying, making it very clear that this would be the last invoice I would pay. I made good on one payment knowing that I did in fact agree to have this shipped to me and after I paid for my stupidity I made a mental note of the company name so that I would not be taken advantage of again.

This was in 2007, now come the end of 2011 these people are driving me crazy. Its never the last invoice. I am refusing to pay them. I hang up on them. The man on the phone makes me think I am going crazy. I assure him that I am an educated woman who knows the value of a dollar amd that there is no way on Gods green earth that myself or any other of my employees would agree to have another useless CD delivered that creates zero business for me.

I am glad to see that other people have had the same experience which vailidates my decision to not pay them because it is a total scam. It clearly states on their invoice that "A complete refund will apply to products returned within 30 days of invoicing by first obtaining a prior approval number from the customer service agent" so I wonder why I can't just choose to not have the product shipped and save the hassle of returning it? Pretty backwards, it makes no sense and I will not pay on principle, not because I don't have the money.
