I too have ordered the LED FLAME BULB (10) in total a month ago. This item, amongst several others, were advertised on Facebook. As of today, I have yet to receive my order. I've tried to contact the company, but there is no way to track the order or contact customer support. The contact link does not exist and there is no phone number to contact customer service. I DID find thie email address... makesmartly@gmail.com which is affiliated with DAV BEAUTY, and to which I just sent an email. I'm hoping to get a response.
