David is a con artist and was contracted to install carpet took the money and ran. He also sells carpet padding and provides legal services. He will con you in as Licensed Process Server that works for the AZ Courts to get your trust. He will not answer his phone once you have dealt with himBe Aware of his coning words family man with small child and Licensed Process Server. I would love to hear from anyone else that has dealt with him. I would like to see him goto jail before he continues to con others. David Anthony Ortiz 480-329-3019

David states that complaint was a result of scheduling confict. Do not believe his response I tried to reach him for days with no response. He took the money and ran and then blamed the distributor for the hold up. He is a con artist and will say anything to try to clear his name. Complete refund was not given to me it took months and filing a complaint with the ROC to get a refund from him. After ROC was involved David did respond and then repaid some of the money in small payments in a 4 month span. Still owes $20.. David Anthony Ortiz 480-329-3019

This complaint was a result of schedule conflict, and took a few days to recieve refund from distributor and check. I gave a complete refund to this individual and parted ways shortly after this complaint was filed.
