 David Brian Smart is a known con-man and swindler, currently operating in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He primarily deals in fraudulent oil and gas scams, and falsly claims association with with large oil companies(such as Hunt Oil). He is a career con-man, and seeks to collect a check(investment) from a potenial mark under the claim of an elaborate under the table oil deal, that is infact completly fraudulent. Mr. Smart currently has a warrant out for his arrest in the state of New Mexico, and though he claims to be wealthy, he has infact filed for personal bankruptcy multiple times, and has in the past lived out of a motel to avoid authorities. He currently resides in Dallas as of 2014, but has been spotted in New Mexico, Colorado, Louisiana, and Georgetown, Texas. His second wifes name is Allison, and he has a step son named Vaunghn Trimmer. Mr. Smart is a career con-man, and is currently under investigation in the state of Texas. He is a white male in his 60's and is around 6'8" in heigh with medium to large build. He has white hair that is usually slicked back, and wears glasses.
