David Franklin charged me an expediting fee for a bank introduction for my SBA Loan. Turns out SBA rules prohibit this as part of the closing for the Loan. That was not disclosed. Didn’t get my loan from the bank he introduced me to, and the deposit that he promised was refundable didn’t get returned. I’m out $3,500 Plus a $6,000 “due diligence fee”. We’re now heading to arbitration in NY even though I live in TN.
