RCR Financial, David Franklin & Peter Lawton Fraudulent Loan Practices/promise to lend for fees wired to Canada/loans don't materialize Bellflower California

RCR Financial and their employees promise to lend money to people who have challenged credit. They ask for fees, which are to be wired to Canada, however after you wire the requested fees, the loan does not materialize and the "loan counselor" that you've been dealing with doesn't return your calls. Someone else from the company will then contact you, stating that the loan officer you have been dealing with made a "mistake", and that they need you to wire additional monies to Canada, in order to get your loan. BUT, that for all of your inconvenience, they will give you additional monies (i.e. a "grant"), that you don't have to pay back. In my case, the "grant" was supposed to be $7,000.00.

The bottom line, is that this company is preying on people who have less than perfect credit, they take your money and DO NOT produce the promised loan. They send you very official looking contracts to sign, etc., they tell you to look them up on BBC website, etc., and everything "appears" to be legitimate. Unfortunately, it's total scam.

In my case, I was trying to purchase a house, and because of this company ripping me off, taking my money, and not producting a loan - I lost the contract.
