David Garrison, Urway Design, Urway Design 4 U Fruadulent misrepresentation as GC not licensed/insured, obtains fraudulent permits, money theft by taking, causes damage, poor workmanship Jonesboro Georgia

David Garrison is marketing himself and his company Uway Design (aka Urway Design 4 U) as a licensed and insured General Contractor. He is not licensed or insured and is obtaining fraudulent permits, committing theft by taking, causing damage and poor workmanship to properties. He takes money and does not complete, respond or finish jobs. Garrison has several BBB complaints, some most recently removed due to the three (3) year lookback. He had an inactive LLC up until a few weeks ago once. I have repeatedly asked him to provide documentation to show he is licensed and insured.

I contracted him on 2 properties for $88K & $179K. Work not performed, improper, damage, would not cure. No license, insurance, fraud permits.

He has the name and logo on his trucks that he drives around. Also has letterheads, cards, etc., where he advertises.  

I understand that this is illegal to present and perform work as an unlicensed General Contractor in the State of GA.
