If you're reading before you buy ANYTHING from these companies, you're already a WINNER!

This company has a scam artist name  David Hamilton.  He has no ethical standard, and his only expertize is what you can call a 'shoe sale's man' temperament - who's only goal in life is to SCAM honest customer.

First, if you have any dealing with this guy, PRAY to God you do ont by items that are costly.  I purchased an art Piece from his so call gallery, and after I receive the item, I took it to a legit appriasal to get a replacemnt cost so I can have it insure.

To my suprise, the appraiser had strong concern that the item was not real, and upon further examination, the art work had a fake CoA.

After contacting this guy, he want to charge a RE-STOCKING Fee for a fake item.  Can you believe that his company don't have any ethical standard and do not stand behind anything they sell.

Even after providing him with a statement from a real appraiser, he still INSISTED on gettng a RESTOCKING fee for having the item return.

I'm filing this report because THESE COMPANIES, and DAVID are CROONIES, and are SELLING FAKE art work.

You have been WARNED!  Do not buy anything fom thes companies.

My experience with David Hamilton - Original Art Broker - Griffin Memorabilia was completely the opposite of this report

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 09, 2021

I recently purchased a wonderful oil painting by Native American artist Dan Namingha from David Hamilton, aka Original Art Broker/Griffin Memorabilia. I found David to be very helpful prior to the sale by responding to my multiple inquiries about the artwork via telephone and email. Prior to the sale I also had the authenticity of the artwork confirmed by the artist himself through his family gallery in Santa Fe.

The painting was reasonably priced and on arrival it was just as David Hamilton of Original Art Broker described. It arrived in perfect condition as it was very well protected in packaging for shipping. My overall experience with David and Original Art Broker was a very positive one and I encourage other consumers to trust him as I did. For me, it totally paid off. I am happy to purchase artwork from him again in the future.

Exceptional and professional art broker

AUTHOR: Peter - (Canada)

POSTED: Monday, June 15, 2020

I have purchased several pieces of art from David Hamilton at "original art broker". He has been nothing but exceptional and professional in all my dealings with him . I purchased an large Peter Max acrylic on canvas and it was more beautiful in person than online . I also purchased a Marcel Moully acrylic on canvas which I also love .

The third piece was an early original oil on canvas Thomas Kinkade... this huge piece was stunning . The 4th piece was a acrylic on board Leroy Neiman original depicting a polo scene . I received a letter of authentication with all these pieces , but I have had them appraised since and they are all appraised at much higher value than I purchased them at partly because David sells his art at very reasonable prices. It also 2 of these artists have passed away since my purchase .

I have counted on David's help when purchasing other art , and he has been very helpful with his expertise as I grew my collection. I would recommend him to anybody who would like to either start or add the their collection. He is experienced , knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with . His web site has a collection that cannot be matched , you can also purchase his art on eBay and with the make an offer option .

i have found david hamilton reputable buying 3 expensive artpieces from him over time, all verified as genuine.

Don't take any notice of the comments by the disgruntled  buyer. My experience is the exact opposite. I have over time purchase 3 different expensive artworks  fron him and except for the slow despatch all items were as stated, authentic and bought for a reasonable price.

His shipping costs were better than most other dealers and made up for the slow despatch.

We have guaranteed every item we have ever sold

AUTHOR: david hamilton - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 27, 2018

I am sorry for your experience but I believe you have the wrong company.  As anyone knows, that has bought from us, we guarantee every piece of art and memorabilia, we have ever sold to be authentic.  Furthermore, we do not hide behind someone else's documentation, we hold ourselves personally liable for every transaction by issuing a COA from us here at originalartbroker.com.   And as you can see from our 9000+, 100% positive feedbacks on ebay, our knowledge, reputation and expertise is without contestation.

https://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=1lambo1&&_trksid=p2047675.l2560&rt=nc&iid=152920119318&sspagename=VIP%3Afeedback&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller   https://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=neiman123&&_trksid=p2047675.l2560&rt=nc&iid=263513228031&sspagename=VIP%3Afeedback&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller

Additionally we have never sold a piece by William Verdult.  Thus based on the facts your have presented, a certificate from some other organization related to an artist we have never sold or owned, I think you must be mistaken about who it was purchased from.  However, since we are one of the largest art sellers in the United States, we could possibly help you track down who this item was purchased from.  If you would like to discuss it, please do not hesitate to give me a call, my office is 800.998.5770

Again, all certificates are signed by myself or Ryan Mack, as authorized agents of the company and come from us here at OriginalArtBroker.  Thus the only way a certificate could be fake, is if it was purchased from someone other than us.
